Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to programs offered by VR Cybernauts (OPC) Private Limited.

• Cancellation requests must be sent to hr@vrcybernauts.com from your registered email address.
• Requests made before the batch start date are eligible for a refund or a transfer to a later batch, after deduction of any applicable processing charges.
• Once a batch has started, fees are generally non-refundable, but you may request a one-time transfer to the next available batch.
• If VR Cybernauts cancels a batch, you will receive a full refund or a free transfer to another batch.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
